This is the place where everything come together. All the wallplates must be assembled to one array that will hold them in parallel to each other.
We actually get here two separate cells connected in a row. This is done to reduce voltage on each pair of plates and gain extra efficiency instead of heat.
The result -
The plates insulated from each other using nylon washers. The thickness of the nylon washers is 1/16” or 1.6 mm, a number the gave the best result during experiments.
The PVC walls used in the next step to give a solid ground to the duct tape which wrapping the array.
The SSL strips are isolated to prevent unwanted leakage current in the water.
